These Terms govern the use of transectym.com and the services offered by Transectym Inversiones Inmobiliarias S.A.S. to residents and non-residents of Ecuador.
1. Purpose
Transectym provides users with information about real estate crowdlending opportunities in Ecuador. The actual investment is formalized through independent loan agreements between the investor and the developer.
2. Eligibility
To subscribe and subsequently invest you must be over 18 years old, hold a valid Ecuadorian ID card or passport and accept the identity and source-of-funds verifications required by Ecuadorian anti-money-laundering regulations.
3. Risks
Every investment carries risks. Real estate crowdlending may result in total or partial loss of capital, delays in payments or illiquidity of the lent capital. Historical returns do not guarantee future results.
4. User obligations
You undertake to provide truthful information, keep your credentials confidential and not use the site for illegal purposes or purposes contrary to Ecuadorian public order.
5. Intellectual property
The contents, brands, logos and software of the site are the property of Transectym or its licensors and are protected by Ecuadorian intellectual property law.
6. Limitation of liability
Transectym does not guarantee the success of any project. Liability is limited to the diligent fulfilment of the platform and pre-screening functions.
7. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ecuador. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent judges of the Metropolitan District of Quito.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms to reflect legal or service changes. We will publish the date of the last update at the beginning of the document.
