At Transectym Inversiones Inmobiliarias S.A.S. (hereinafter, “Transectym”) we process your personal data responsibly, in accordance with the Ecuadorian Organic Law on Protection of Personal Data (LOPDP) and its Regulations.

2. Data we collect
We collect name, email, ID or passport number, banking data for transfers within Ecuador, as well as browsing information through cookies and similar technologies.
3. Purposes of processing
Your data is used to: (i) manage your account and verify your identity; (ii) send you investment opportunities and newsletters; (iii) comply with legal, tax and anti-money-laundering obligations; (iv) improve our services through statistical analysis.
4. Legal basis
We process your data based on your consent, the performance of the contractual relationship, compliance with legal obligations and the legitimate interest of the controller.
5. Your rights
You may exercise the rights of access, rectification, deletion, objection, portability and not being subject to automated decisions. To do so, write to privacidad@transectym.com attaching a copy of your ID document.
6. Retention
We keep the data for the time necessary to fulfil the described purposes and the applicable legal periods in Ecuador, in particular those set out in tax and anti-money-laundering regulations.
7. International transfers
Some technology providers may be located outside Ecuador. In such cases we require adequate safeguards under the LOPDP and sign standard contractual clauses.
8. Supervisory authority
If you consider that your rights have been violated, you may file a complaint with the Ecuadorian Superintendence for the Protection of Personal Data.
